We are happy to offer a 7-day Return or Exchange policy for unused and unworn items. To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note: There is no exchange, return, or replacement policy on international orders.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Video Evidence: Within 7 days of receiving your parcel, you must share a video detailing the issue with the parcel.

Inspection: We will inspect the returned item. The return/exchange process will only proceed under the following conditions:
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned with the tags and in the original box along with our invoice.
- The product should be in unused condition without any scratches, marks, or damage.
- If the item has been resized, altered, or damaged, we will not be able to offer a refund/exchange and will return it to the customer at the customer's expense.
Return and Refund Process
- Video Submission: Share a video of the issue within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Return Parcel: Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect it.
- Refund/Exchange Initiation: If the parcel is in satisfactory condition, we will initiate the refund or exchange process within the next 7 days.
- Payment Reflection: The refund will be reflected in your account within the next 7 business days after initiation.
